Fantastic!! Honestly I was blown away by the AMAZING service.. From customer service to the mechanic.. Begining to end you can tell they work as a team..The coolest thing was that the mechanic did a video of my cars problems to which I could visually see it.. That hands down was genius.. Had 1st oil change at 15,475 miles, engine light came on approx. 30,000+ then went off and remains off. Called to make appointment for oil change at odometer 32,658 miles. Because the light is no longer on I cannot have the oil change per secretary/receptionist/auto specialist. Told to check reading when I start the car and that will indicate when change is due. oil change is based on driving habits; as per her expertise in the automotive field. 7,000 mile is the reading, therefore oil change not due until 24,138 mile. So I went in for my last warranty service and met with Jaymes. This is the best service advisor I have worked with from all the mini dealerships I have worked with. First you get swamped with 3 people calling you all asking you for the same information, none of which touches know what the other is doing so I had to give the same info 3 times. I contacted mini of Warwick by email to inquire about getting a second key to my 2008 mini which I purchased used elsewhere. The dealer in Hartford did not even answer my email. Janine wrote me back the next day and walked me through the procedure personally and we managed to get my key without me driving to RI. she was friendly and professional. I was fortunate to stumble across MINI of Warwick during Hurricane Irene. Our MINI broke down while returning from vacation as Irene struck. Donna Keane was a great salesperson. She was very knowledeable and helped me through the entire process including post-sale. She offered a great tutorial of the vehicle, handled all of the paperwork perfectly, and coordinated the cleaning of the vehicle. I had a perfect experience with Jessica and her manager. I was even given a tour of all the dealership on the Penske campus as well as offered refreshments. My car, though used was in great shape, spotless and filled with gas. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if I did not have to drive 7 hrs to pick it up (It actually was a fun drive back home of course). I highly recommend this dealership.

The people where all friendly and helpful. Everything in the dealership was spotless; from the bathroom to the garage. The car was spotless and filled with gas when we took possesion of it. The saleman took the time to demonstrate each and every control in the vehicle. He showed us where and how to check the oil as well as setting the system up to inform us on the first service interval.
