The service guys took the car and explained it would be at least a couple of days parts would need to be ordered. A loaner was made available for my use. My Mini had a scheduled appointment in a week, but they told me they would get all the maintenance done while it was there. They called daily to inform me the update on the car. Mini sent a driver to pick up my Mini Countryman, the driver left a loaner, and my car was returned with oil changed, tires rotated and recall work performed. The car was washed and ready to go in all respects. Two asides: first I absolutely love the Countryman; it's just enough larger to acccomodate my needs which include transporting a bass fiddle, while maintaining the mini "feel". Second, as a general comment, I think tire rotation should be part of covered maintenance in the same way an oil change is.
