5.0"Although the tech wasn't able to detect all the issues I've reported, I was especially satisfied when I raised a question about some scuff marks on the right door. As I'd cleaned the car's rims the evening before I brought it in for service, I didn't think the scuff was there. Cory Blue was outstanding in the polite and straightforward manner in which he handled the matter when I brought it to his attention. He examined the markings personally, and though he couldn't say whether or not they marks had occurred at MINI of Warwick, he speedily had someone from the detailing unit remove the scuffs. The way Cory handled this--consistent with his typical manner--essentially said to me, "We trust you and value your business, and we want you to buy your next car on this lot." This is a bad policy, if we purchase a new car and there's something wrong, it should be fixed. Also, included in regular maintenance is tire rotation. Came back (after no phone contact) 3 1/2 hours later and told "almost done - maybe 20 minutes," so I gave up loaner. 1/2 hour after that told "it's in line for a wash - couple of minutes. Do you have a time crush (mid day of work day)?" 25 minutes later "We're just reprogramming it, should only be another 1/2 hour." Now I'm angry. Sls mgr gave me loaner back, I drove home (40 minutes away), and was told my car would be delivered. 2 hours later svc advisor calls to appologize, and tells me the brake pad code was wrong (I had not been told about any brake pad issue until that moment) and that the reprogramming took 3 hours - so the "another half hour" was actually going to be another couple of hours.
